Throughout Deb's experience as manager in a number of enterprise IT corporations, her reputation as a 'get it done' person was earned by a number of successful high-profile global projects at Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq Computer, and HP. Taking lessons learned from her enterprise experience, she and her partner Jim have together brought enterprise practices to the smaller business model.

Jim's leadership in enterprise IT organizations at Wang, Digital Equipment Corp, Data General and EMC has been marked by numerous awards for his contributions and project management.
