Logicomm's Performance Guarantee is a concrete commitment to service excellence. Logicomm supports its performance guarantee through the use of Service Level Agreements (SLA). SLAs are a standard part of each subscription service agreement.The SLA identifies specific targets assigned to each service, the manner in which these targets are reported on, and the penalties for Catharsis not meeting these targets. Logicomm provides monthly performance reports that identify how well we performed against each target. In the event that monthly targets are not met, a credit is applied against the invoice.
