Although we offer annual contracts, whenever you sign up for a new Logicomm service, you may cancel the contract at any time, for any reason, up to 90 days without penalty. We're so confident of our services, that we're sure you'll continue with us after the 'engagement' period.
Ask many businesses who have experienced one, and they'll tell you that the "free" evaluations offered by other IT companies are nothing more than sales gimmicks. We charge a modest fee for our expertise, and deliver a full report with initial recommendations. Starting in month four, and continuing through month twelve, we will rebate your business, in the form of a credit against any current outstanding invoice, one-eight of the fee you paid for our assessment.
Logicomm's Performance Guarantee is our commitment to your business. Logicomm issues a Service Level Agreements (SLA)as a standard part of each subscription service agreement.This SLA spells out specific targets for each service, how they are measured and reported, what compensation is offered when we don't meet those targets. Logicomm provides monthly performance reports that identify how well we performed against each target. In the event that monthly targets are not met, we issue a credit against against the following month's invoice.
